The next GROW event will be held on Tuesday, October 15. The topic will be “Faith through a Child’s Disability” and will include a presentation and panel discussion with Peg John, Cece Smith, and Sue Valiton. Come for the Rosary at 6:40 PM, followed by the presentation at 7:00 PM.
We are ready to “Open the Season” with a mini dinner theater event. A GROW board member and St. Hubert parishioners put together a collection of songs which will be performed live at our kick-off GROW event. The Armstrong family will provide light Chick-Fil-A appetizers and the Knights will help serve.
Our Small Groups study for winter is Bishop Robert Barron's, The Mass. The Mass will help to understand how to fully, consciously and actively participate in the Mass, the source and summit of the Christian Life. Small groups will meet Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings, or Thursday mornings, January through March.
This event will be at the Dunrovin Retreat Center in Stillwater, Mn. Liz Kelly will join us to reflect on The Last Seven Utterances of Christ at this weekend retreat to build, renew, and minister to women leaders in the St. Hubert Community. Retreat will be Friday, March 8 through Sunday, March 10. Besides Speaker Liz Kelly, enjoy time for prayer, reflection, and a get away from daily life and be with other women as a community.
