MARATHON
WALK IT!...RUN IT!...JOG IT!...BIKE IT!
The Marathon for Nonpublic Education is a fun but purposeful fund raising activity in support of nonpublic education. St. Hubert students obtain donations from sponsors and then walk, run, jog or bike the Marathon route around Lake Susan at their own pace. The Marathon takes place on the first Saturday in October each year. All monies collected are given directly to the participants for St. Hubert School.
The purpose of the Marathon is to is to raise money for special projects and to enable those who support and advocate Nonpublic Education, to make a public demonstration of their belief and involvement. It is also intended to remind the general public of the St. Hubert School’s contribution to the community by providing a quality education for many children. The students, staff, families, alumni and friends of St. Hubert are invited to participate and/or sponsor. Participants also raise funds in a “fun activity” for our school. It’s a great day to enjoy oneself with your family and friends!
