NURSE'S STATION

St. Hubert School receives health services through a contract with School District 112. The Health Office is staffed by two Registered Nurses who job share and are overseen by a district Licensed School Nurse.

Services include:

• Maintaining health records
• Immunization monitoring
• First Aid
• Hearing, vision and scoliosis screening
• Prescribed health procedures
• Surveillance of communicable diseases
• Management of Individual Health Plans (IHP) for students with health concern
