On Saturday, September 27, St. Hubert Catholic Community will host its annual St. Hubert Harvest Festival, beginning with Mass at 4:00 PM.
This community-building event features food trucks, live entertainment with Roadhouse 6, inflatables, bingo, beer and wine, raffles, face painting, activities for all ages, ministry representatives, and more. Based on previous years, we expect more than 1,000 attendees.
This event is an opportunity for St. Hubert parishioners, their families and friends, and the wider community to gather to enjoy fun and fellowship.

What is the Harvest Festival?
The Harvest Festival is an annual community celebration benefiting St. Hubert Catholic Community! Enjoy delicious food, live music, games, activities for all ages, beer & wine, bingo, and more family-friendly fun.
Where is the Harvest Festival located?
The festival is located on the south side of St. Hubert Catholic Community, located at:
8201 Main Street, Chanhassen, MN 55317
Is there an admission fee?
There is no entrance fee to attend the Festival.
Wristbands: $5 each
Tickets: $1.00 each. Food and game booths accept tickets; the number of tickets required varies by booth. Bingo requires cash or check for payment.
Are credit cards accepted?
Yes! We accept all major credit cards and cash. Please note that ATMs will not be available on site.
When does the Festival begin?
Saturday, September 27
4:00 PM – Mass
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Festival open to the public
(Pickleball activity time TBA)
Where can I purchase alcohol at the Festival?
Beer, wine, and seltzers will be available for purchase at the Beer Tent.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but for safety and health reasons, pets are not allowed at the Festival.
What if I lose something?
If you’ve lost an item during the Festival, please contact the parish office at 952-934-9106 or stop in to check the Lost & Found (located in the coat closet). -

Event sponsors help cover our expenses of this event. We are offering several tiers of sponsorship that give varying levels of marketing exposure. We are appreciative of every sponsorship, and every contribution helps!

Please support our raffles – they help cover the costs of the parish ministries.
GRAND RAFFLE – The GRAND RAFFLE will consist of no more than 400 tickets. There will be one $10,000 winner and five $2,000 winners. Be sure to purchase these tickets early! Tickets are $100 each. (We realize that for some, a $100 ticket may be too much, so we encourage you to partner up with family, friends, neighbors, or co-workers to purchase your ticket(s).
GENERAL RAFFLE – Tickets are $5.00 each. A book of 10 tickets can be purchased for $50, or tickets can be purchased individually. Six $1,000 prizes will be awarded.
HARVEST FESTIVAL PACKAGE – Buy a Harvest Festival Package. This includes two Grand Raffle tickets, and 20 General Raffle tickets for $300.
RAFFLE PROCESS –
Please return the attached Raffle Ticket Order form with your payment.
Upon receipt of your order form, you will receive an email to confirm payment and delivery of your tickets.
Please make sure you include your name, email, and telephone number.
Please make your check payable to: St. Hubert Catholic Community.
The raffle drawings will be held the evening of the event. Winners need not be present.
